The person behind the work
AI should feel useful, not mysterious.
Blackmore AI is an independent AI business led by Sean Blackmore.
Sean helps small businesses identify repetitive or costly work, understand where AI can and cannot help, and adopt practical solutions that fit the way they already work.
Based in Gloucestershire, Blackmore AI works with small businesses locally and across the UK. Sean is an Independent Marblism Partner where Marblism is the right fit.
Independent by design
Practical advice, with a clear line of responsibility.
Blackmore AI — Independent Marblism Partner. Blackmore AI is an independent AI business working with Marblism as one of its principal solutions. Sean is not a Marblism employee or official representative.
That independence keeps the conversation focused on what is right for your business — including when the right answer is to wait, simplify, or do something else first. AI assists; people keep decisions, oversight, and final approval.
Who this is for
Businesses with a real problem to solve.
Curious, but grounded
You want to understand what AI could do, without buying into every promise made about it.
Short on useful time
Important work is being repeated, delayed, or left to the end of an already-full day.
Ready to learn
You are willing to test, give feedback, and keep a human accountable for the result.
Have a workflow that feels heavier than it should? Start by describing the job it needs to do.
